UJA TRADE CO., LIMITED, established in 2025, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heihe Youjia International Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong. Its shareholders are Henan Youjia Personal and Patient Protective Equipment Co., Ltd. (established in 2011) and Henan Youjia Snacks & Beverages Co., Ltd. (established in 2012). The company currently has 102 employees, 85 of whom hold bachelor's degrees and have over two years of work experience.

Starting in 2025, the company ventured into the communications and data products industry, rapidly establishing its own channels and sales network, while also providing professional and comprehensive international logistics services.
